There is a lot of heaviness in the air as we sit at home patiently waiting for life to return to its normalcy. What we do with this time matters. 

Sink in gratitude for the slow days, and allow yourself to be present with your loved ones in a truly special way. Practice self care, be creative with movement and exercise and try and make this time as productive as you can. 

This will be over soon, and it will be a thing of the past! Don't let the fear of it consume you. Choose joy instead.
